The name Oliver McDonald carries deep significance, as he is my father and a defining influence in both my life and this company. It represents a legacy of integrity, faith, and commitment. Oliver McDonald is a devoted husband to his wife, Ellen, a dedicated father, and a man grounded in strong values. He worked his way through college by joining ROTC and went on to serve in the United States Army during wartime. His life stands as a lasting example of faith, discipline, servant leadership, and service—qualities that guide how we approach both business and relationships.
While we did not inherit a family business, we are intentionally building one. OMG Reps is rooted in the belief that business can be both purpose-driven and generational, creating opportunities and stability for years to come.
